Alex Foley

Alex Foley joined Swearingen Realty Group, L.L.C. (“SRG”) as a Tenant Advisor in 2019, before being promoted to Vice President in 2021.  In this role, he develops and manages executive level relationships while specializing in location strategy, lease negotiations, and portfolio management.  His experience in site selection and financial analysis ensures his clients a real estate solution that aligns with their business goals.

Alex serves as a trusted advisor, always keeping clients’ best interests in mind and suggesting creative solutions.  His clientele ranges from Fortune 1000 corporations to companies with a single location.

He coordinates all aspects of the transaction and consults with real estate managers and executive management on the evaluation and structure of their entire real estate portfolios.

Alex earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Mississippi, double majoring in finance and real estate.  His interests include athletics, traveling, the outdoors and spending time with his family.
