Jack Sikora

Jack joined Swearingen Realty Group, L.L.C. (“SRG”) in 2019 and is a Tenant Advisor specialized in corporate real estate with an emphasis on tenant representation for office and industrial users.  Leveraging his unique blend of industry knowledge and relationships, Jack helps clients with real estate optimization.  Jack and his team have completed transactions in virtually every major city in the United States.  They have assisted Fortune 500 companies, startups, and everything in between.  Jack has experience advising his clients in:  site selection, relocations, dispositions, acquisitions, renewals, subleases, sale-leasebacks and build-to-suits.
