Jason has practiced law in Dallas, Texas, since 2001 and has been with Swearingen (”SRG”) since 2010. Jason has handled various litigation and transactional matters throughout his legal career, with a primary focus on commercial real estate law since 2006. He has represented landlords, tenants, developers, purchasers and sellers in a variety of contractual matters related to commercial real estate. A significant portion of his practice centers on commercial real estate leasing. Past clients include retail ranging in size from small, single tenant properties to large, multiple-tenant power centres; office buildings; and multi-family properties. Jason, who is also a licensed Texas real estate broker, is uniquely qualified to assist his clients.

Jason was born in Lubbock, Texas, and was raised in the Rio Grande Valley in a real estate family. Jason earned his law degree from Southern Methodist University School of Law in Dallas, Texas in 2001, and earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Baylor University in 1997. He resides in North Dallas and has two daughters and a Great Dane that occupy the remainder of his free time. Jason is involved in the community and coaches his daughter’s YMCA soccer team.
