Peyton Ausley

Peyton Ausley joined Swearingen Realty Group, L.L.C. (“SRG”) in 2022 as Tenant Advisor.  During his time in this role, he has been responsible for site selection, lease negotiation, and market analysis for a variety of clients represented by senior brokers of the firm.

Through his partnership with senior brokers, he has helped manage the transactional process every step of the way.  Prior to SRG, he worked with developers specializing in land acquisition and site selection.  Through these experiences, he has learned how to represent a tenant in all aspects of real estate.

Peyton graduated from the University of Arkansas and was a member of the football team.  College football instilled qualities in him that have helped him in the real estate world.  In his free time, he enjoys the lake, golf and watching his Arkansas Razorbacks.
