Background & Experience
Adam Brecheen began his real estate career in 2005 with Swearingen Realty Group, L.L.C. (SRG) as a member of the Research and Consulting Division. Since then, he has moved into the Corporate Services Division as Vice President, specializing in tenant representation. Adam's experience includes Regional and National Strategic Portfolio Management for office, industrial, retail, and land sites. Recent successes include:
- Negotiating Lease Transactions for Corporate Clients in +20 markets in the United States
- Relocation of Urology Clinic, Dallas -- 8,000 SF
- Fitness Center Lease, Plano, TX -- 18,000 SF
- Corporate Relocation, Indianapolis, IN -- 28,000 SF

Adam graduated from the University of North Texas with a BBA in Marketing. He was born and raised in Dallas, Texas and currently resides in Uptown.
