Background & Experience

Alan Thomas entered the commercial real estate industry in 1997, and services clients' needs on a local, regional, national, and global basis.

Since beginning his career in real estate, Alan has worked on behalf of clients in their strategic planning, site selection, lease negotiations, space disposition and portfolio management. It is from this experience and understanding of real estate processes that clients realize value. While a company's space needs are an integral part of their operations, the physical process of finding and securing the best solutions are not. Alan's objective in dealing with one requirement, or a portfolio as a whole, is to provide his clients the ability to leverage his expertise and resources in order to minimize their need to divert time and energy from their company's core business.

Alan specializes in corporate real estate services with an emphasis on office and industrial properties.  Other disciplines:  Investment Sales, Land Acquisition, Healthcare Real Estate.

Personal

Alan is a native of Fort Worth, Texas, where he received his BBA in Finance - Real Estate Emphasis from Texas Christian University. Alan is active in public, philanthropic and community organizations such as the Trinity Commons Foundation, the Dallas Museum of Art, Ducks Unlimited and Quail Unlimited.
