Background & Experience

Casey Godwin joined Swearingen Realty Group, L.L.C. (SRG) in August of 2008 as an Associate Broker. He has adapted his knowledge of Tenant Representation to now encompass Corporate Services for a growing national client. He has rapidly gained a vast knowledge of market conditions across the country in the pursuit of growth opportunities for his client.

Prior to joining SRG and after graduating from college, Casey was with Magellan Commercial Realty specializing in Office Tenant Representation. During his time there, he assisted the Senior Vice President and President on transactions associated with Office, Medical, Industrial Relocations, and Land Research. He developed a strong work ethic and deep understanding of how to add value to the client through market analysis, cost analysis, and site selection.

Personal

Casey received a BBA in Finance from Texas State University in 2007. While juggling a full course load, Casey worked as a Retail Store Manager to finance his way through school. He was also very active in intramural sports, and The Texas State Financial Management Association. Casey recently married his long-time girlfriend, Ashleigh, and now resides in Dallas, Texas. They are new parishioners of St. Anne's Catholic Church in Addison, Texas. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his friends and family and being outdoors.
