Background & Experience

Chris started his Real Estate career as an Acquisitions and Dispositions Analyst for one of the nation's largest REITs.  During this time, he contributed in property acquisitions totaling over $500 million dollars.  At Swearingen Realty Group, L.L.C. (SRG), he has helped local, regional and national corporations with their Real Estate requirements.  He is highly experienced in complex office lease transactions and specializes in Strategic Portfolio Management.  At SRG, Chris has completed transactions in thirty-two (32) states and two (2) countries.

• Protect client's future by negotiating flexible options, including expansion, contraction, and cancellation options.

Personal

Chris is a native of Mesquite,Texas. He was educated at East Central University in Oklahoma with a major in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance. Chris was team captain of ECU's NCAA football team and was their starting Strong Safety where he earned numerous awards on campus and in the Lone Star Conference.
