Background & Experience

Chris Sido, Principal at Swearingen Realty Group, uniquely provides corporate real estate consulting experience at the local and national level.  His combination of market knowledge, transaction management experience and professionalism has helped him become a top producer and partner at Swearingen.  Chris has been active in the Dallas commercial real estate market since 1991.  Prior to joining Swearingen Realty Group, L.L.C. in 1995, he was with the Dallas Office Properties Division of Grubb & Ellis.

Personal

Chris graduated in 1993 from Southern Methodist University, earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in political science.  He currently resides in Dallas with his wife, Tova and his children, Carter, George and Anna-Prin.
