Background & Experience
Duke started at Swearingen Realty Group, L.L.C. ("SRG") as a Market Analyst focusing on large national corporate portfolios. As a Market Analyst, he assisted clients in twenty (20) states and all thirty-five (35) submarkets in the DFW Metropolitan Area. He specialized in identifying and addressing his clients' business needs using strategic planning and negotiation skills. He now attributes much of his success to the principles and relationships he developed as a Market Analyst.
Duke is now responsible for developing new business relationships, lease structure and negotiations for office, retail and flex end-users. Duke focuses his efforts on securing his clients a greater degree of flexibility and cost-effectiveness with each real estate transaction. His experience includes Regional and National Strategic Portfolio Management for companies with up to 150+ locations.

Personal
Duke is originally from Mercer Island, WA, a small suburb of Seattle. Duke graduated from Southern Methodist University -- BA Markets and Culture and was a member of the SMU Men's Basketball team from 2002-2004. He has a strong passion for the outdoors including hunting and fishing and is active in many local and national organizations such as Safari Club International Foundation (SCIF), Ducks Unlimited and Delta Waterfowl. He also supports and serves various other charitable organizations and conservation programs including Sportsmen Against Hunger (SAH). Duke now resides in Dallas, TX.
