Background & Experience
Greg Bennett has 15 years experience in Commercial Real Estate research. Greg currently leads a team of market analysts in site selection and processing of market and other demographic data into market surveys. During Greg's career in Real Estate, he has researched and led site selection process in over 75 markets across the country.
Greg's leadership includes projects ranging from 1,000 square feet lease transactions to 300,000 SF build-to-suit transactions. Greg oversees the financial analysis of lease options and investment opportunities, analyzes and prepares the DFW office market quarterly newsletter for Swearingen's clients and participates as an active member of our strategic account teams.
Prior to joining Swearingen, Greg worked for First American Real Estate Information Services as a senior researcher for the Northwestern United States. He also served in an analyst role with M/PF Research.

Greg was born and raised in the Dallas area and graduated in 1993 from the University of Texas at Arlington where he earned his BBA.
