Background & Experience

Hyatt Thompson joined Swearingen Realty Group, L.L.C. (SRG) in June of 2008 as a Research Analyst.  While an Analyst, Hyatt has contributed to the leasing of over 300,000 square feet of space in twenty (20) states.

In 2009, Hyatt became an Associate Broker at SRG.  As an Associate, Hyatt has adapted his knowledge of Tenant Representation to focus in the Corporate Services Division, specializing in representing corporate clients in the leasing, acquisition, and disposition of commercial real estate.  He has rapidly gained a vast knowledge of market conditions across the country in the pursuit of growth opportunities for his clients.  As part of the Corporate Services Division, Hyatt has focused heavily on Corporate Portfolio Management.

Personal History

Hyatt graduated from the University of Alabama, Culverhouse College of Commerce and Business Administration with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance.  Hyatt is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana.
