Background & Experience

Jack Moravcik serves Swearingen Realty Group, L.L.C. (SRG) as a Senior Vice President.  Mr. Moravcik joined Swearingen in 1984 and his insight, knowledge and experience have proven to be a valuable asset in handling corporate real estate transactions.

Jack has been a consistent top producer at SRG for many years, and has extensive experience in office and industrial leases, investment sales, and corporate transactions.  His overall goal is to assist his clients in achieving their real estate objectives with the utmost focus on results.

Prior to his real estate career, Jack was at the 3M Company for many years. His experience in working with this major corporation has been instrumental in his real estate career. Some of Jack's major clients include:  Allied Solutions, GE Capital, Verizon Communications, Regency Gas, Exel Transportation Services, Inc., and CD Exploration.  In addition, he has completed numerous transactions with firms in the fields of accounting, law, advertising, insurance, technology, engineering, energy and transportation.

A native of Odessa, Texas, Jack graduated with a BBA in Finance from Texas Tech University.
