Background & Experience
Kenneth P. Jaffe started his commercial real estate career in New York City. Mr. Jaffe joined The Swearingen Company in late 1976. He was active in the leadership of the Management and Project Leasing division of The Swearingen Company until he left to form his own company in January 1985. Ken was President of Jaffe, Jones and Company until 1999 when he returned to Swearingen Realty Group, L.L.C. as Vice President.
Ken actively works with several legal and accounting firms as their tenant representative. During his career Ken has been involved in the sale and and acquisition of over $15,000,000 of raw land, the development of several buildings, the leasing of several hundred thousand square feet, and the acquisition and sale of in excess of $200,000,000.00 of retail centers, office buildings and industrial property. Currently, Ken is actively involved in some 1031 exchanges and was the Co-Developer of a Medical Office Building in Allen, Texas (across from the new Presbyterian Hospital). Ken also is Co-General partner of several investment partnerships in the Dallas / Ft. Worth markets where he is responsible for their marketing and leasing.

Personal
Ken has two children, Samantha, a senior at University of Texas and Ben is a junior at Tulane University.
