Background & Experience

Mark Warrior joined Swearingen Realty Group, L.L.C. in the fall of 2005. Mark brings over five years real estate management and construction experience to the firm. Prior to Swearingen, Mark worked with CMD Realty Investors as an Assistant Property Manager in their multi-tenant Dallas market. He gained a broad base of experience during his five-year tenure at CMD as he had responsibility for many aspects of building property management as well as construction management for new and renewing tenants.

 In early 2005, he was recognized by the company for his commitment to the tenants and for his superior customer service skills. His commitment to quality and dedication originates from his competitive athletic background where he played NAIA Soccer at Midwestern State University and was awarded 4-time All-American honors while working towards his Bachelor degree in Business Management.

Mark brings all of these valuable skills with him in his role as Project Construction Manager for Swearingen. He works closely with Becky Walters, CPM®, Vice President of Project/Construction Administrative Services, in their completion of construction projects around the country.

Strategic Focus

Mark assists in the negotiation of construction contracts and architectural / engineering contracts and creates working documents identifying the scope of projects. Further, he performs quality inspections throughout the duration of the construction projects and reviews punch lists at the project completion. Ultimately, Mark is the intermediary between tenants and construction contractors ensuring that contractors perform to expectation and that tenants are pleased with their newly built-out office space.

Professional Affiliations & Designations

Mark is taking courses toward his LEED AP accreditation.

Mark and his wife, Jessica reside in Frisco, Texas.  They have one son, Milo.
