Background & Experience
Rick Tiller joined Swearingen Realty Group, L.L.C. (SRG) in November 2008 as a Vice President after 24 years as a broker with Grubb & Ellis. Rick's primary focus will be on tenant representation with national corporate accounts and local clientele. At Grubb & Ellis, Rick was with the Office Services Group and represented over 200 companies in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, several of whom have continued to engage him multiple times. Prior to graduation at SMU, Rick was awarded a position at The Trammell Crow Company through the Edwin L. Cox Business School's Real Estate Internship Program. As an Assistant to the Controller of the Office Buildings Division, he was able to gain a strong initial foundation of knowledge related to development, construction and operational aspects of major commercial office projects.

Rick is a specialist at obtaining the best possible terms for his clients in the lease or sale of new corporate facilities, or renegotiation and renewal of existing leases. Rick's commitment to detail and market knowledge, with an emphasis on superior service, has contributed to his recognition as a consistent top producer in the Dallas market.
