Background & Experience
Robert is a seasoned real estate professional having worked in real estate since 1998. His real estate career started at Trammell Crow Company where he was first exposed to institutional third-party landlord representation. He has additional institutional asset management experience with Prologis among other publicly-traded REITs. Robert has also successfully developed in excess of one million square feet of office warehouse product on behalf of JP Morgan. His extensive landlord and development experience provides invaluable insight for current office and industrial tenant representation clientele.

Robert has specialized in representing major corporations in leasing, build-to-suits, building purchases, dispositions, strategic planning, development consultations and other facility-related transactions. He has:
- Negotiated all types of transactions in several major markets across the U.S. including municipal incentive agreements.
- A strong user-oriented approach to providing client service and is committed to achieving each client's long-and short-term objectives by sound strategy development and maximizing current real estate market conditions in all transactions.
- Broad exposure to a variety of real estate sectors including manufacturing, distribution, heavy industrial, office, flex, climate controlled warehouse, retail and mixed-use.
- Eleven years of real estate experience which affords his clients specialization in all facets of real estate transactions including local, regional, national and international account management and intricate negotiations concentrating on flexible options and financial/tax abatement incentives.
