Background & Experience

Tyler joined Swearingen Realty Group, L.L.C. (SRG) as a market analyst in June 2010 before moving into a fulltime Associate Broker position.  During this time, he assisted in the leasing of over 500,000 SF in eighteen (18) states, many of which were major markets throughout the country.  While at SRG, Tyler has concentrated his time towards several local markets and he has assisted with the space planning, moving coordination and lease negotiations with national accounts.

Tyler is focused on bringing local, regional and national clients timely and cost effective solutions to their real estate needs, while building loyal relationships managing the client's lease transactions:

• Utilizing SRG's "Team" approach with senior brokers to ensure competitive transactions
• Exclusive tenant representation to assure sound transactions free of outside interests and conflicts
• Managing the full scope of the client's transaction including budgeting analysis and space planning
• 100% diligence to each client regardless of the transaction size

Personal

Tyler is from Nacogdoches, Texas and graduated from Baylor University with a BBA in Marketing.  He enjoys hunting, fishing and is a huge sports enthusiast.  He currently resides in Dallas, Texas.
