During the process of negotiations, there are many
phases that must be completed before "signing" the contract. Items such as
sending out proposals, selecting contractors, ordering furniture, installation
of phone/computer equipment, etc. These items, with areas of responsibility,
are tracked in our Project Tracking software.
This information is available to our clients and their vendors, with different
levels of security, via the internet, so data can be entered
and accessed from office, home, or on the road and everyone on the team can not
only view the status of each project but also contribute their information from
anywhere.

Lease Management System |

After the transaction is complete, continue to maintain control
of your portfolio by using our Lease Management System (LMS). SRG
can enter all pertinent data, such as: General Lease Brief (including scanned
copies of leases, floor plans, autocad drawings), Critical Dates with reminders
(Expansion, Renewals, Security Deposits), Detailed Financial Data
including rent, operating expenses, parking, monthly costs, etc. Reports are
then available to our clients via the internet.
