Dan oversees the SRG Sales Team and implements key initiatives and training.  A frequent recipient of the Dallas Business Journal’s “Heavy Hitter” distinction, Dan is regularly sought out for expert commentary by The Commercial Property News, SW Real Estate, Dallas Business Journal, and Dallas Morning News.

With a strategic focus in managing international corporate real estate portfolios and complex real estate transactions, Dan makes a point of understanding his clients’ current and future business plans. With a strong expertise in space programming and strategic planning, Dan consistently negotiates flexible space/lease options, including expansion, contraction, renewal and cancellation options, he ensures sound, cost-effective transactions with no conflicts involved.

Dan was born and raised in the Midwest. He earned a degree in business administration from the University of North Texas and supports his alum as a member of the President’s Council. Dan is an avid sports fan and shares his love of basketball and enthusiasm for developing teamwork skills through coaching national AAU teams. In 1992, Dan created The Bret Bunnett Foundation and The Bret Bunnett Basketball Shoot-Out to raise funds for spinal cord research. Dan resides in North Dallas with his wife and four children.
